With the development of society, people have more requirements for packaging, especially in the flexible packaging industry. Environmental protection issues are getting more and more attention, which is also increasingly demanding for flexible packaging companies.

 Customer wants the bag to be tamper-proof，the bag type is similar to the 3-side heat sealing type, but the material only wants to use LDPE 100%. Experience tells us that this is very challenging. The performance of LDPE is easy to stretch ,if the customer asks for the bag, Shape is hot cut, it is easy to achieve； if you do wide edges, it is easy to have some virtual seals, one on the side can be hot, and some can not. To achieve such requirements, machines and materials are the most important.

The R&D department and the equipment department study together, first draw the bag drawings, and then adjust the machine and materials separately. After the equipment transformation is completed, many experiments and improvements are carried out. The final experiment is successful, and the PE 100%  material can replace the composite material 3-sides sealed bag shape. There are now more and more composite bags that can be replaced with PE 100%, such as stand up bags.
